Main Criteria:

1. Graduated from a Reputable Indonesian / International University (bachelor's degree) Majoring in Finance, Economics, Business Accounting, Agriculture, Engineering, or Mathematics, preferably with a minimum 3.0 GPA (out of 4.0);

2. Experienced for at least 2 years in similar job position/company investment bank, audit form, corporate banking, business development, KJPP - business valuation, or other relevant sectors);

3. Have an intermediate understanding of capital markets, corporate finance, and due diligence;

4.Microsoft Office Savvy (notably Excel and PowerPoint);

5. Able to focus and work in a high-paced environment and work together well within a team.


Main Responsibilities:

1. Assisting in the execution of projects;

2. Coordinate with other banks as well as other parties in achieving the best results for clients;

3. Prepare marketing and presentation materials for clients;

4. Due diligence and documentation review;

5. Financial statement analysis; and

6. Report to day-to-day project leaders.
