Information Technology Business Analysis Officer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.  
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Capital Market, Financial Services, or related industries.  
• Experienced in operating data analysis and reporting tools.  
• Experienced with the Institutional trading system, Direct Market Access technology.
• Proficient in writing SQL statements and managing database queries.  
• Familiar with business process analysis and system documentation.  
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.  
• Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.  
• Understanding of business practices, system development lifecycle (SDLC), and technology implementation.  
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.  
• Experience in creating business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and test scenarios is an advantage.  
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) is preferred.  

Responsibilities:

• Proactively learn and adopt new technologies relevant to business and operational needs.  
• Conduct requirement analysis through discussions with users and stakeholders.  
• Create business process flows, mock-ups, functional designs, and related documentation.  
• Prepare and execute test scenarios, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).  
• Provide periodic reports and analytical insights based on company requirements.  
• Ensure proper documentation management and maintain continuity of system-related documents.  
• Coordinate and support the implementation of technology solutions across related units.  
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to users when required.  
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.  
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend effective technology solutions.  
• Monitor system issues and assist in troubleshooting and resolution processes.  
• Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
