Sales Officer

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or a similar client-facing role within financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Required WPPE License (Wakil Perantara Pedagang Efek) from Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK).
• A strong understanding of fixed income products such as corporate bonds, government bonds, asset-backed securities (ABS), and other structured finance products.
• Experience working with large institutional clients such as banks, pension funds, insurance companies, and asset managers.
• Deep knowledge of debt markets, interest rates, and the economic factors influencing bond issuance and pricing.
• Sales & Negotiation – Ability to sell complex financial products, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, fixed income products, and investor behavior.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to clients, internally, and in presentations.
• Ability to analyze market trends, bond structures, and financial statements.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with institutional clients.
• Knowledge of risk factors and how they impact institutional investors’ decisions.
• Proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg, Reuters, or similar platforms used in tracking debt securities and bond issuance.
• Ability to address clients’ needs creatively and efficiently, especially in a fast-moving market.
• Ability to collaborate with other departments, such as trading, legal, compliance, and risk, to ensure smooth transactions.
