Customer Service Officer
Customer Service Officer- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (any major; preferably Finance, Economics, or Business).
- Preferably holds an active WPPE license issued by OJK or has passed the WPPE exam.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of capital market products and services (stocks, mutual funds, bonds).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service orientation.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to handle clients professionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and solution-focused.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding company products, services, and capital market procedures to customers and prospective customers.
- Handle the opening and maintenance of securities accounts, including document verification and administrative follow-up.
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through various channels (email, phone, or direct communication).
- Coordinate with internal units (operations, compliance, sales) to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Ensure all customer-related activities comply with company SOPs and applicable capital market regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation and customer records in accordance with internal policies.
