Customer Service Officer

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (any major; preferably Finance, Economics, or Business).
    • Preferably holds an active WPPE license issued by OJK or has passed the WPPE exam.
    • Basic to intermediate understanding of capital market products and services (stocks, mutual funds, bonds).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service orientation.
    • Good interpersonal skills and ability to handle clients professionally.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Detail-oriented, responsive, and solution-focused.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide clear and accurate information regarding company products, services, and capital market procedures to customers and prospective customers.
    • Handle the opening and maintenance of securities accounts, including document verification and administrative follow-up.
    • Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through various channels (email, phone, or direct communication).
    • Coordinate with internal units (operations, compliance, sales) to resolve customer issues effectively.
    • Ensure all customer-related activities comply with company SOPs and applicable capital market regulations.
    • Maintain proper documentation and customer records in accordance with internal policies.
