IT Compliance & Monitoring Officer

Qualifications:

1. Graduated from a Reputable University (Bachelor degree) preferably major in Information Engineering / Information Systems / Information Management.
2. At least 2 years of working experience is required for this position.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and service-oriented attitude.
4. Has Experienced & knowledge in ITGRC field such as COBIT
5. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
6. Possess strong initiative and able to perform multitasking skills. 
7. Ability to work in a team and good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Collect data regularly to measure performance against performance indicators.
2. Develop and maintain policies, standards, and procedures that support the IT governance & management framework in accordance with best practices and applicable regulations.
3. Actively identify, analyze, measure, provide control recommendations, and monitor follow-up on risk control.
4. Ensure and check data quality.
5. Maintain and manage M&C databases; analyze and collect findings.
