    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

    Experience

    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

    • Up to 2 years of experience in strategic planning / performance management / product development

    • Prior experience or internship in the capital market / securities industry is a strong advantage.

    Technical Skills

    • Basic knowledge of capital markets and financial products.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.

    • Good presentation and report-writing skills.

    Soft Skills

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Plan and develop new products in line with the company’s strategic direction.

    • Conduct competitor assessments to analyze market competition and define the right product strategy.

    • Perform market and industry research to understand customer preferences and market trends.

    • Manage and oversee the development process from ideation to implementation.

    • Evaluate and improve existing products to ensure continuous relevance and competitiveness.

    • Collaborate with internal divisions to develop effective product development strategies.

    • Provide studies, data, and information to support the preparation of strategic initiatives plan, annual work and budget plan (RKAP), long-term corporate plan (RJPP), and the review of the company’s vision and mission.
