Account Executive

Retail Sales & Distribution

    Locations: Jakarta, Surabaya

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field

    • Minimum 2 years experience in sales, client relationship management, or similar client-facing roles in financial services

    • Have an active WPPE certification

    • Strong knowledge of financial products and capital markets

    • Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and closing deals

    • Target-oriented with ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

    • Strong problem-solving and client servicing skills

    • Able to collaborate effectively with internal teams such as trading, compliance, and risk
