BRIDS Strengthens Fundamental Investment Education Through Emiten Visit Program

Jakarta, 09 March 2026 — The growth of equity investors in Indonesia continues to show a positive trend. Based on data from Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI), out of more than 20 million Single Investor Identification (SID) accounts, approximately 8.46 million are equity investors, representing an annual growth of around 32.6% year-on-year (YoY). This increase reflects the growing public participation in equity instruments while also highlighting the importance of strengthening fundamental understanding in making investment decisions.
In line with this growth, information transparency and a comprehensive understanding of issuers’ fundamental aspects have become increasingly important. Amid market dynamics, investors are not only observing price movements but are also considering financial performance, business strategies, and the long-term prospects of companies.
Acting President Director of BRI Danareksa Sekuritas (BRIDS), Fifi Virgantria, stated that this development encourages the strengthening of more relevant and comprehensive educational approaches. “We see that investors are becoming increasingly rational and data-driven. Therefore, BRIDS presents programs that are not only informative but also provide comprehensive insights so that investment decisions are based on strong fundamentals and a long-term perspective,” she said.
As part of this commitment, BRIDS organized an Emiten Visit program to PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk (PJAA) as a continuation of the InvesTalk Series Program. Through this activity, priority clients received educational insights and the opportunity to engage in dialogue with the company’s management, as well as directly observe the operations and development of the Taman Impian Jaya Ancol area.
In its presentation, PJAA’s management explained its integrated tourism and property business model, including the marina expansion strategy and the development of the Ancol Barat area, resort revitalization, expansion of the food and beverage business line, as well as potential developments outside the Ancol area to strengthen revenue diversification.
Finance Director of PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk (PJAA), Daniel Nainggolan, welcomed the initiative. “We appreciate the opportunity to engage directly with investors. Information transparency and constructive communication are important elements in building market trust and ensuring investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the company’s strategic direction and fundamentals,” he said.
In terms of its 2025 performance, PJAA recorded revenue of IDR 1.12 trillion, with a net profit of IDR 180.19 billion and total assets of IDR 3.63 trillion. The company also maintained its idA+ credit rating from PEFINDO, reflecting its solid fundamentals and financial profile.
From a technical perspective, BRIDS assesses that PJAA’s shares remain in a relatively positive short-term structure, with the price holding above the daily MA200 and the 505–525 range serving as a strong demand zone for accumulation. Strengthening momentum has also begun to emerge, with potential testing of the 545–560 resistance area.
Historically, PJAA demonstrates strong seasonality patterns during high-season periods such as May, July–August, and December. The company has also consistently distributed dividends with a yield of around 4.57%, making it attractive both in terms of momentum and potential returns.
The Emiten Visit program has two strategic objectives: increasing transaction value by strengthening investors’ fundamental understanding, and enhancing client loyalty as a form of appreciation for priority clients who actively transact through the BRIGHTS application. The program is also expected to encourage both new and existing clients to increase their activity and portfolio value in order to obtain BRIDS priority services.
In addition to the Emiten Visit program, BRIDS also provides various exclusive facilities for priority clients, including the Birthday Appreciation Program, which serves as a special form of appreciation for priority clients celebrating their birthdays or those who have entrusted their investments to BRIDS, as well as the Welcoming Gift Program, designed to provide a positive initial experience for new priority clients joining BRIDS.
Looking ahead, BRIDS aims to organize the Emiten Visit series on a quarterly basis and expand the reach of the InvesTalk Series to more priority clients throughout 2026, as part of the company’s commitment to strengthening literacy, transparency, and the quality of investment decision-making in Indonesia’s equity market.
