Investment Banking Capital Market - Associate

Qualifications:

• Graduated from a reputable Indonesian/ International University (Bachelor’s degree) majoring in Finance, Economics, Business Accounting, preferably with a minimum 3.0 GPA (out of 4.0);

• Prefer someone with experience for 1-2 years in similar job position/company (investment bank, audit firm, banking sector, KJPP, or other relevant sectors) but fresh graduate is welcome to apply as well;

• Prefer someone with an intermediate understanding about capital markets, corporate finance, and due diligence;

• Microsoft Office savvy (notably Word, Excel and Power Point); and

• Able to multitask as well as focus and work in a high pace environment and work together well within a team; and

• Have at least intermediate level of verbal and written English language.

Responsibilities:

• Assists in the execution of projects in equity and debt capital market issuances;

• Works with the issuers/companies (clients) and other professional parties such as legal counsels, auditors, and others to complete a project, which include tasks such as due diligence and documentation review, drafting prospectus, submitting documentations to regulators (OJK, IDX and KSEI), preparing marketing and presentation materials, etc.;

• Coordinates with other banks as well as other parties in achieving the best results for clients;

• Analyzes financial statements from clients or prospective clients;

• Assists in creating proposals and pitching materials to obtain project mandates; and

• Reports to day-to-day project leaders.
