Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major (preferably Finance, Economics, or Business).
• 1–2 years of working experience in the capital market industry.
• Holds an active WPPE license issued by OJK.
• Preferably has specific experience in selling or handling fixed income products (bonds/government securities).
• Basic knowledge of capital markets and financial products, particularly fixed income instruments (corporate bonds, government bonds, money market instruments).
• Possesses client base and marketing pipeline for financial products (preferably fixed income segment).
• Strong selling skills, negotiation ability, and target-oriented mindset.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with retail and high-net-worth clients.
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
• Able to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Proactive, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
