Risk Management Officer
Risk Management Officer- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a reputable university (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Preferably holds a valid WPPE licensed from OJK or has passed the WPPE exam.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a public accounting firm or risk-related function is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial and operational risks.
- Good understanding of risk management frameworks, internal control systems, and regulatory compliance (OJK, IDX, etc.).
- Knowledge of enterprise risk management (ERM) concepts and tools is a plus.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Proactive, highly motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with risk management software or tools is a plus.
- Able to work well under pressure and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
