    Qualifications:

    • Minimum Diploma (D3) in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in secretarial, administrative, or related roles.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong initiative, proactive attitude, and ability to multitask effectively.
    • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
    • Proficient in Canva for creating presentations, reports, and other visual materials is an advantage.
    • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the SEVP/Division Head meeting and non-meeting agenda, including scheduling and coordination with related parties.
    • Prepare meeting logistics and materials, including room setup, equipment, consumption, and reservations.
    • Handle the full document and correspondence cycle (receiving, preparing, routing for approval/signature, and distributing letters and reports).
    • Act as primary point of contact by screening calls, correspondence, and visitors, and professionally receiving guests and clients.
    • Coordinate administratively with internal and external parties on business agenda and reporting matters.
    • Arrange business travel and provide administrative support for the SEVP/Division Head work-related personal needs.
    • Assist in monitoring administrative/operational matters and preparing periodic reports as required.
    • Perform other administrative and secretarial duties as assigned.
