Jakarta, July 22nd, 2025 – BRI Danareksa Sekuritas (“BRIDS”) has once again received an international prestigious award as the Best Small to Mid-Cap Corporate Finance House in Indonesia from Alpha Southeast Asia. This marks the second consecutive recognition the Company has received since 2024.

According to Alpha Southeast Asia, a leading media outlet based in Southeast Asia, this award is given to institutions considered to have demonstrated outstanding performance in financial advisory services, both from strategic and operational aspects, during the period from May 2024 to April 2025.

BRIDS President Director Laksono Widodo expressed his appreciation for the award from Alpha Southeast Asia. According to him, this award reflects the team’s hard work and aligns with one of the Company’s missions: to provide alternative solutions and recommendations for corporations to enhance performance and value creation through comprehensive financial advisory services.

“We consistently deliver competitive, inclusive financial advisory services tailored to market players’ needs, covering both small to mid-cap companies and clients of various scales. This is reflected in the trust placed in BRIDS to support multiple corporate actions with a total transaction value reaching IDR 26 trillion and USD 6 billion,” said Laksono.

Since 2024, BRIDS has successfully supported the completion of more than 10 strategic corporate projects. Among them, BRIDS assisted Mitratel in acquiring 6,000 towers across Indonesia, which became one of the largest sale-and-leaseback transactions in Southeast Asia with a total transaction value of IDR 10.3 trillion. In addition, BRIDS also acted as the lead financial advisor to PT Waskita Toll Road (WTR) in the repurchase of PT Jasamarga Semarang Batang shares from PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (SMI), with a total transaction value of IDR 3.8 trillion.

The largest strategic project handled by BRIDS was the strategic partnership between PT Angkasa Pura II and a global airport operator for Kualanamu International Airport, where BRIDS supported AP II in structuring a favorable transaction and closing a 25-year agreement valued at no less than IDR 15 trillion, including investments from strategic partners.

“Until the end of the year, our financial advisory services continue to gain trust to support various strategic corporate actions, with a total transaction value projected to reach IDR 10 trillion. This contribution is expected to account for around 22% of the Company’s revenue,” Laksono concluded.
