Grow Investments and BRIDS Establish Mutual Fund Distribution Partnership through the BRIG

Jakarta, July 2, 2025 – PT Grow Investments Indonesia (Grow Investments) and PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas (BRIDS) have officially entered into a strategic partnership today to distribute mutual fund investment products through BRIDS’s online trading application, BRIGHTS. This collaboration aims to expand the distribution network of Grow Investments’ mutual funds and diversify the range of mutual fund products available on the BRIGHTS app, with BRIDS acting as the Selling Agent of Mutual Fund Securities (APERD) for Grow Investments’ mutual fund products on the BRIGHTS platform.
The partnership was formally launched at the BRI Building, Jakarta, and was symbolically attended by Grow Investments’ President Director Yenwy Wongso and BRIDS President Director Laksono Widodo, accompanied by Grow Investments’ Director of Business Development Andrew Handaya and BRIDS Director of Retail & Information Technology Fifi Virgantria.
Through this collaboration, BRIDS’s digital platform, BRIGHTS, will provide access to invest in two of Grow Investments’ mutual funds from different asset classes. Customers can choose between the Grow Dana Optima Kas Utama (DOKU) money market mutual fund and the Grow Obligasi Optima Dinamis Class O (GOOD) fixed income mutual fund.
In her remarks, Grow Investments’ President Director Yenwy Wongso expressed optimism about the partnership between Grow Investments and BRIDS in reaching a broader segment of investors served by BRIDS.
“We believe that through this strategic partnership, BRIDS will help us expand the segment of investors investing in Grow’s mutual funds, particularly among the younger, digitally savvy generation,” said Yenwy Wongso.
According to data from the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI), the number of mutual fund investors grew to 15.6 million as of May 2025—an increase of nearly 30% compared to the same period last year (12.1 million investors). Mutual fund investors also still dominate the total single investor identification numbers (SID) in Indonesia, which have reached 16.5 million.
Referring to this data, BRIDS President Director Laksono Widodo stated that BRIDS sees great potential and significant business growth opportunities in Indonesia’s mutual fund market.
“Through this partnership, we are targeting significant growth in our mutual fund business. Considering that our current customer base is only around 350,000, there is still tremendous room for expansion. This year, we aim to increase assets under management (AUM) by 50% to reach Rp1 trillion,” Laksono added.
This collaboration marks an important step in broadening access to mutual fund investments for Indonesians, especially retail investors who rely on the convenience of digital platforms. The partnership combines Grow Investments’ strengths in managing data- and research-driven investment products with BRIDS’s robust distribution capabilities as one of Indonesia’s leading securities companies.
Looking ahead, Grow Investments and BRIDS are committed to continuing their synergy in financial education and literacy, so that more Indonesians can experience the benefits of long-term investing.
